We developed this Application to assist in our QA processes to make certain that narrow gage holes wouldn’t cause last minute problems with shop tools. This helps us to address problems before they reach the shop floor. This tool identifies hole locations that are too close to an outstanding leg for an Anglemaster to punch. These issues usually aren’t discovered until the Operator reads the NC data on the shop floor. They’re able to keep the tool from being damaged, but it’s too late to make a connection design change that’s not going to hold up production.

With this tool we can identify these issues, make connection Design changes, and get them approved before there’s any impact at all to our clients.
