We use MS Teams as the “bones” of our project communications. It provides transparent communications as well as traceability and oversight for the flow of information and documentation. We don’t suffer from “Sorry, I didn’t get that email” syndrome, or “Did you send that, we can’t find it” affliction. Plus, if personnel changes we just add them to the team and they have a complete history of and insight to the project.
